The Developer - Paul Beraquit

Paul Beraquit is responsible for management of operations for all of Paragon’s investments. He is the partner “on the ground,” handling the physical aspects of each real estate investment. He oversees members of the Paragon team that are involved in the turnaround of all the distressed acquisitions.

For the past 20 years, Mr. Beraquit has repositioned over $100 million in multi-family properties, mobile home parks, office buildings, and condo and townhome developments. Additionally, Mr. Beraquit has managed the repositioning and ground-up construction of over $200 million in real estate. His experience in commercial and residential construction involves such notable clients as Sears and Sheraton Hotels, and includes public schools and hospitals in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Florida.

Mr. Beraquit is a founder, former President, and past Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Philippine American Chamber of Commerce of Tampa Bay.

Mr. Beraquit attended William Paterson College.
